To ensure your satisfaction, we have designed a simple and transparent return and exchange process that prioritizes your convenience.

Most products purchased from darknot.in can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in perfect working condition, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, tags, and the invoice intact. Products that show signs of damage, tampering, or misuse may not qualify for a refund or exchange. Please note that certain items, such as software, downloadable products, and hygiene-sensitive electronics like opened earphones or grooming devices, cannot be returned due to safety and licensing reasons. Additionally, products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page will not be accepted for returns.

If your order was delivered damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, you are entitled to a free replacement or exchange. In cases where a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for the amount paid. Refunds are processed after our team inspects the returned item and confirms that it meets the return conditions. Once approved, refunds are typically credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you for your bank account details and process the refund via NEFT/IMPS transfer.

Initiating a return or exchange is easy. Simply log in to your account on darknot.in, go to My Orders, select the item you wish to return or exchange, and click Request Return/Exchange. Follow the instructions provided, and our support team will guide you through the process. In most cases, we will arrange a pickup from your address. If pickup service is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product, and we will reimburse reasonable shipping charges if the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size selection, or any reason other than damage/defect, you may need to bear the return shipping costs. To ensure safe transit, please pack the product securely. Products damaged due to improper packaging during return transit may not be eligible for a refund.
